Construction of SCMA CodeBooks using the phase rotation method.

In this paper, an in-depth description of the construction and representation of the CodeBooks for Sparse Code Multiple Access systems is shown. Subsequently the CodeWords are transmitted in a wireless channel affected by different SNR, to verify their performance in the bit error rate.
