The voltage stabilizing circuit comprises a power supplying module, a voltage stabilizing module and a power receiving module, wherein the power supplying module supplies initial working voltage to the power receiving module, and the power receiving module receives the initial working voltage supplied by the power supplying module and the offset voltage provided when the voltage stabilizing module works and feeds the received initial working voltage back to the voltage stabilizing module. Due to the fact that voltage stabilizing module can compare the initial working voltage fed back by the power receiving module with the standard voltage, when the difference value of the initial working voltage and the standard voltage exceeds a preset range, the offset voltage can be provided for the power receiving module according to the initial working voltage, and the voltage received by the power receiving module reaches the standard voltage; accordingly, the voltage stabilizing circuit can provide stable voltage to the power receiving module.
