SUMP-PLUS City portrait Alba Iulia

This city portrait contributes to the understanding of urban sustainable mobility transitions in Alba Iulia since the late 2000s, from a government and public policy perspective. Together with its Summary of findings, it provides an assessment of current governance arrangements and policy capacities in terms of sustainable transport (pathways) and cross-sector policy linkages (Links). Its content draws on the data collected between September 2019 and september 2020 through desk research, surveys, interviews and workshops held during project meetings. Findings are presented in a somewhat descriptive way in order to provide a solid foundation for future research as part of the SUMP-PLUS project.
