Effect of combination of roxithromycin and Xiaocuo Decoction on acne

Objective:To observe the effect of combination of roxithromycin and Xiaocuo Decoction on acne.Methods:A total of 150 acne cases were randomly divided into roxithromycin group(Group A),Xiaocuo Decoction group(Group B),and combination group(Group C),and the therapeutical effect was observed and compared.Results:The cure rate in Group C(74.00%)was significant higer than Group A(44.23%)and Group B(43.75%)(χ2=6.87,7.01,P0.01).Total efficacy was significantly higher in Group A,too(92.00% VS 65.38%,68.75%)(χ2=12.19,11.39,P0.01).Conclusions:Combination of roxithromycin and Xiaocuo Decoction is more effective on acne.
