Application of DNA Molecular Marker in Phylogeny of Felidae

DNA is used widely as molecular marker in the fields of systematic evolution,biogeography,population genetics and anthropology.Reconstruction of molecular phylogenetic relationships for Felidae is the main aspect of DNA study of Felidae at present,and furthermore,the evolution process and essence of the phylogenetic relationships of Felidae can be studied from DNA molecular level.Advances on the molecular systematics of Felidae are reviewed in this paper.
