Analysis and Automation of Business Processes of Mass Events Using Situational Management Methodology

In a modern world, organization of mass events of various kinds is rapidly becoming ever more popular. Organization of any event requires a serious preparation and considerable amount of various resources. Organizers ever more frequently conclude that they need to use information systems for preparation and delivery of such events. This paper describes the process automation experience for planning and conduct of an annual event during a period of several years.
