A method for packaging small-size articles, in particular of chocolates or sweets with chocolate coating, in continuous operation, and packaging machine, in particular for implementing the method

The invention relates to a method for packaging small-size articles, in particular of chocolates or sweets with chocolate coating or delicate confectionery pieces in a continuous procedure as well as a packaging machine for this purpose. The process is characterized by a particular variability of products orientation and type of packaging based on the establishment of a central axis and the assignment of article supporting modular packaging facilities from under appropriate design of the packaging machine. In addition, a novel method of folding in communication with a respective folding head for execution of sachets convolutions in a continuous procedure, a novel sampling device for dish-supply systems in such a packaging machine as well as a novel rotary head is proposed with variable Drehgreiferoszillation. The invention is applicable in high-performance packaging machine.
