AT89S52 MICROCONTROLER APPLICATION PROCESS AS A SIMULATION DETERMINING DRAG RACE WINNER

This thesis project is a simulation determining Drag Race winner with the help of a laser pointer as a light source and LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) as a sensor control system (Microcontroller) is used AT89S52. Has 40 pins with functions different. AT89S52 microcontroller is equipped with ADC and ISP Flash Memory to form a series of minimum system can be programmed. The AT89S52 microcontroller can interact with other devices as input. This thesis project uses an analog data input from a light sensor of LDR Laser Pointer. Then processed by an assembler language into digital data by ADC. The AT89S52 microcontroller can interact with a PC device to display the output results are more pleasing to the eye. Data communications to the PC using a serial communications using RS-232C. To get the display output on the PC used programming language Visual Basic 6.0 program.
