Thoughts about Rural Information Development and Strategy of Guiyang

In order to preferably promote the development of modern agriculture in Guiyang,the author conducted a research towards the situation of rural information in Guiyang,using a combination of methods of questionnaire survey and field research.Thoughts about how to promote the development of rural information in Guiyang were proposed from the following aspects: to give full play the leading role of the government,to integrate information resources in rural areas,to improve farmers' production and management level of organization,and to recruit more qualified information personnel in rural grass-roots.
