The Constitutions of Medical Student's Employability

In order to investigate the constituent elements of medical student' employability, we conducted a survey of 10 hospitals in South Xinjiang. Research and analyses are carried out that the constitution of Medical students' employability should include not only professional knowledge and skills, but also generic skills, comprehensive quality and professional skills. In all the skills, clinical operations, professional knowledge and problem-solving skills are most valued by employers, followed by learning ability, professional dedication and team-work spirit, etc.
