Calibration experiment table for five-hole wind speed probe

2013
The utility model discloses a calibration experiment table for a five-hole wind speed probe. Two circular steel tubes of the same size are respectively vertically fixed on two sides of the upper surface of a rectangular steel plate, each circular steel tube is in slip connection with and fixed on one end of one sliding bearing pedestal, two identical suspension rods and a base plate form a U-shaped steel hanging basket, and the upper ends of the two suspension rods are respectively fixed on and connected with the other ends of respective sliding bearing pedestals through a bolt to form a swing mechanism. A round sinking pit is arranged in the center of the base plate of the U-shaped steel hanging basket, and a round rotary plate is installed in the round sinking pit through a bearing, the round rotary plate is provided with a T-shaped groove, and the five-hole wind speed probe is installed in the T-shaped groove. A windswept portion of the five-hole wind speed probe is positioned at the intersection point of the swing axis of the U-shaped steel hanging basket and the rotation axis of the round rotary plate. By employing the calibration experiment table for the five-hole wind speed probe, sideslip angles and pitching angles of the five-hole wind speed probe can be adjusted rapidly and accurately, and the position of the windswept portion of the five-hole wind speed probe in a calibration wind field is maintained, and a constant wind speed is ensured, and the precision and the efficiency of calibration of the five-hole wind speed probe are greatly improved.
