Evaluation of quality of city public passenger transport services

The authors study the methodology of evaluation of service quality of a large system — the system of Volgograd public passenger transport. The offered decomposition and aggregate method of integral evaluation of quality is based on complex combination of quantitative (method of profiles) and qualitative (Analytical Hierarchy Process methods) approaches to measuring the hierarchically structure objects. Based on the received results and on the determined level of quality of the system of city passenger transport, the possible managerial solutions are offered.
