Local University Library and the information literacy education for graduates

This paper based on the analysis of the present situation of information literacy education in local universities students,necessity of carrying out the information literacy education of students in local colleges and universities research are described,and the graduate education of information quality and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures how to local university libraries.
