Off-line initialization method and off-line initialization system for industrial terminal devices

The invention provides an off-line initialization method for industrial terminal devices, which includes the following steps that the inputted initialization information of an industrial terminal device is obtained by a management terminal; the management terminal establishes connection with the industrial terminal device, and transmits an initialization command to the industrial terminal device; the industrial terminal device responds to the initialization command; the management terminal receives a response command, and obtains and signs a digital certificate generated by an encryption unit of a server; the management terminal transmits the digital certificate and the initialization information to the industrial terminal device; and the industrial terminal device receives the digital certificate and the initialization information, is initialized, and feeds an initialization result back to the management terminal. The invention also provides a corresponding system, which can initialize industrial terminal devices off line and has high working efficiency and high security.
