Диагностическое значение цитокинов при внутриутробном инфицировании плода

2011
Based on the quantitative measurements of Il-1ƒ, 10 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in three biological fluid samples, such as venous blood and umbilical blood sera, as well as amniotic fluid, taken from women of high risk vertical infection transmission, from women of transmission-free cases, as well as from quasi-healthy women, a high diagnostic value of pro-and anti-inflammation cytokines has been identified. The most statistically significant feature of IUI in the fetus has been found to be high concentration of Il-1ƒ.
