Radial telescopic piezoelectric generator used for powering locomotive wheelset monitoring system

2016
The invention relates to a radial telescopic piezoelectric generator used for powering a locomotive wheelset monitoring system. Stationary magnets and an axle are installed on a locomotive frame, a rotor with sink troughs and guide holes is installed at the end part of the axle; each movable magnet is provided with a connection block, and sleeved with an inner spring and an outer spring, and the inner and outer springs are positioned on two sides of the connection block; two ends of each movable magnet are placed into the corresponding guide holes, and installed in a way that the magnetic poles of the movable magnet and the stationary magnet facing each other are the same; the center of a substrate of a piezoelectric vibrator is fixed on the rotor, and two ends of the same are fixed on the connection blocks; the piezoelectric vibrator are of a straight structure before assembly, and is of a bent structure after assembly, and piezoelectric wafers are subjected to press stresses; and when the outer spring is deadly pressed, the piezoelectric wafers are still subjected to the press stresses, and when the inner spring is deadly pressed, the press stresses suffered by the piezoelectric wafers do not exceed allowable values of the piezoelectric wafers. The radial telescopic piezoelectric generator has the advantages and characteristics that the straight piezoelectric vibrator is installed to be the bent structure to form a radial telescopic electric generator, the structure and the production technology are simple, and the cost is low; piezoelectric wafers are subjected to the press stresses with controllable ranges, and high in reliability, and thus the required axial space is small.
