Comparison and analysis of TD flexible coupling and drumgear coupling for metro vehicles

Comparison and analysis is done to the two couplings, TD flexible coupling and drum gear coupling, for metro vehicles.Kinematical and strength analysis is emphasized on the critic components of TD flexible coupling. It is pointed out the necessity tointensify the prophase study on TD flexible coupling.
