К вопросу об эффективности введения мелатонина при коррекции патоморфологических изменений в семенниках крыс после эпифизэктомии

We analyzed the influence of melatonin injection on the possibility of circadian disorders correction, which occurring in the parenchyma of the rat’s testes after epiphysectomy. The epiphysectomy was performed by the autor’s method. One group of animals was subcutaneously injected with melatonin (10 mg/kg) during the shift photo mode phase from light to dark conductivity for 14 days. The intact and epiphysectomy animals had been accepted as the control group. The activity of spermatogenesis and endocrine tissue of the testeswas determined after staining with PAS-reaction on paraffin sections. These parameters were studied every 3 hours during two days (to identify circadian rhythm). This scheme of melatonin injection didn’t allowed to generate circadian rhythms of activity in spermatogenesis and endocrine tissue in testes, which had been lost after epiphysectomy. The antiproliferative melatonin effect on spermatogonia had been observed immediately after the injection during the short time. The lack of melatonin injection effect by thysscheme can be considered as a justification for the development of the forms and methods to ensure the prolonged action of melatonin.
