Replica images of silver-stained gels using direct duplicating film

Abstract A procedure for preparing duplicate images of polyacrylamide gels containing silver-stained proteins using X-ray direct duplicating film is described. Resulting images are shown to be qualitatively and quantitatively faithful representations of the original gel.
