A method for inducing stress in a silicon substrate, comprising: Applying a first layer of silicon carbon on the silicon substrate; Depositing a silicon layer on the first layer of silicon carbon; and Depositing a second layer of silicon carbon on the silicon layer, so as to form a voltage thin film structure.
