The purpose of this Seminar for provincial or ministry level non-Party cadres is to implement the essence of the 5th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC and the Essentials on Reform and Development of Education and Training of Non-Party Representatives 2010-2020 issued by the Central Committee of the CPC.The participants must conscientiously study,thoroughly understand and accurately grasp the essence of the 5th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC;achieve ideological unity,deepen our understanding and strengthen political consensus;perform our duties,exploit our advantages and fully implement the essence of the 5th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC.
