MUSIC SCHEDULE APPLICATION “GBI RAYON” USING J2ME WITH NETBEANS IDE 6.0

Currently the management of the music department Rayon 9 GBI uses only way - the conventional way in conveying information such as schedule distribution services through meetings held only once a month, this is not effective and efficient. Media phones can be used to overcome this problem. Withmobile phones, accessing information on scheduling can be done anytime and anywhere. This writing discusses the making of applications on mobile phones as an alternative medium access scheduling information and schedule of worship services of the servant of God in this church. Applications that are built will be based on the use of Java technologyand GPRS. This application will access the information stored on the Internet through  mobile phone with GPRS connection. The technology used is J2ME using NetBeans 6.0, while database used for the manufacture of phpMyAdmin.
