Dual Feedforward Closed-Loop Control for Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge DC-DC Converter

The phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter applied to the vehicle-mounted high voltage power supply system needs to face the working environment with wide input voltage range and variable load. In order to ensure the quality of power supply, it is necessary to improve the response speed of the system to the fluctuation of input voltage and output load. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the converter, a dual feedforward closed-loop control method for input voltage and load current is proposed, which effectively improves the response speed of the system. Finally, with the help of Simulink, the circuit and control simulation model of the phase-shifted full-bridge DC-DC converter are built, and the effectiveness of the control method is verified by simulation experiments.
