AVALIAÇÃO DO NÍVEL DE INOVAÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES: DESENVOLVIMENTO E TESTE DE UMA METODOLOGIA EVALUATION OF THE INNOVATION TECHNOLOGICAL LEVEL IN THE ORGANIZATIONS: DEVELOPMENT AND TEST OF A METHODOLOGY

This research had as main purpose to develop and to test an computerized methodology capable of evaluating the technological innovation level in the organizations. The work was carried through through a field research applied to 05 (five) manufacturing industrial companies which are classified between the greatest regarding profits in Ponta Grossa city, Parana, according to data supplied by the regional unit of the Industries Federation (FIEP) in Parana State. The research results showed the possibility of evaluating the technological innovation level in the companies through the methodology developed here and also served to show that in principle, the most innovative companies are also the ones with higher profits.
