Статистична iнтерпретацiя та обґрунтування методiв аналгезiї в пiсляоперацiйному перiодi у дiтей

The study conducted in 47 chldren (13,4 ± 2,4 years) operated on abdominal tumors (24 children, 51%), retroperitoneal tumors (23 children, 49%) indicated that a comprehensive study of reactions of pain behaviors, physiological parameters and l aboratory stress tests showed that the use of multimodal analgesia scheme for postoperative pain relief leads to effective analgesia after traumatic cancer surgery, which was confirmed by statistical analysis. It is proved that early postoperative period in children operated on abdominal tumors may lead to the development of hyperalgesia and application circuit multimodal analgesia for postoperative pain relief leads to a decrease of hyperalgesia.
