Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Financial Reports on the National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation.

Abstract : The overall audit objective was to evaluate the FY 1996 Navy and Marine Corps Reserve reports on budget execution and trial balances for the National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation. Also, we determined the effect of noncompliant actions on the FY 1997 financial statements, assessed compliance with laws and regulations, and reviewed the management control program as it related to the overall objective.
