Effects of heat treatment temperature on structure and properties of the magnesium alloy surface electroless Ni-P

In magnesium chemical plating process,heat treatment temperature is one of the most important factors which directly affect the coating speed and quality.This paper uses scanning electron to observe the surface morphology of coating to search for the best tempterature of plating solution.The samples are heated at different temperatures,then using X-ray diffraction analysis the degree of crystallization in different heat treatment temperatures,then determine the crystallization temperature of coating and use micro hardness instrument to measure the coating micro-hardness.
