Manganese-series phosphating liquid and phosphating process

The invention discloses manganese-series phosphating liquid and a phosphating process and belongs to the metal surface treatment field. The problems of the existing phosphating liquid phosphating film, such as uneven color, unstable antistatic effect and poor rust-proof effect, are solved. One litter of manganese-series phosphating liquid consists of the following components: 85wt% of H3PO4, Mn(H2PO4)2.2H2O, Zn(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2, an accelerator, Ca(NO3)2 and water, wherein the accelerator is citric acid, salicylic acid, EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), sodium nitrite, nitryl sodium benzene sulfonate and Schiff base. The surface of a workpiece which is phosphatized by using the phosphating liquid disclosed by the invention and the phosphating process disclosed by the invention is uniform in color and has stable antistatic effect and good rust-proof effect.
