Practice of tailings system completel recovery in Tucheng Coal Preparation Plant

Series problems caused by using low separation density medium during long-term production in Tucheng Coal Washery was analyzed.Based on improving the separation density of main wash hydrocyclone and slime dense medium hydrocyclone,the clean coal yield and the ash of flotation tailings was increased,and the slime recovery in system was advanced.All slime could be recovered in system by transforming the dying system.
