Anorectal Polyps and Polypoid Lesions

Typical histological findings in the most frequent anorectal polyps and polypoid lesions are demonstrated. Less frequent findings are also discussed, and different names for the same polyp explained. Finally, high-grade dysplasia (carcinoma in situ) is also discussed.
