The present invention relates to a method for chemical synthesis of 3-cyclobutyl-morpholine. The methods are: formaldehyde cyclobutyl, ammonium sulfate, ammonia, cyanide, methanol or ethanol solvent, temperature control, to give amino cyclobutylacetonitrile After completion of the reaction; cyclobutyl amino acetonitrile, was added to the hydrochloric acid , aminocyclobutyl acid hydrolysis; cyclobutyl amino acid added hydrochloric acid in ethanol, prepared by reacting an amino-cyclobutyl-ethyl; amino cyclobutyl ethyl acetate and triethylamine were dissolved in tetrahydrofuran solvent, was added chloroacetyl chloride, controlling the reaction temperature, the reaction was completed to give ethyl 2-butyl-2-chloropropyl cyclic amide group; to give the N- (1- hydroxymethyl-cyclobutyl-2-yl-ethyl) amide-chloropropyl; to give 5-butyl-3-one; to give 3-cyclobutyl-morpholine. In the present invention, cyclobutyl formaldehyde as raw materials, a seven-step reaction of 3-cyclobutyl it was prepared morpholine. It provides an efficient method for the synthesis of compounds synthesized.
