Data acquisition device

An IEC 61850 server data acquisition device for automation of a substation is provided to supply a command from an upper system of a substation automation system to an IEC 61850 server through a data acquisition apparatus to achieve smooth data exchange between systems by using different communication protocols. An IEC 61850 server data acquisition apparatus includes an object management unit(11), a DB management unit(13), and a memory management unit(12). The object management unit acquires data from an IEC 61805 MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) server(20) and an IEC 61850 GOOSE server(21), stores the data in a database and provides the data to the memory management unit. The DB management unit stores the acquired data in the database. The memory management unit provides the data acquired by the object management unit to an HMI(Human Machine Interface)(23) through a communication server(22) and supplies command data downloaded from the HMI to the object management unit.
