Morphology and properties of blends of high-density polyethylene with natural rubber

1988
Abstract The morphology and properties of thermoplastic/elastomer blends from natural rubber and high-density polyethylene have been studied. Abrasion resistance, flexural modulus, hardness and impact strength have been correlated with the morphological findings. Values of the modulus of the heterogeneous blends have been predicted using a model, and compared to the experimental values.
