The solid-state setting means comprises: a first lens layer; and a second lens layer, wherein at least said second lens layer is formed around each of the first microlens, said first microlens is based on the first forming a lens layer, and the second lens layer is present in the central portion of each of said first microlens than the first microlens around the presence of the second lens thinner, or the second the second lens layer is not present in the central portion of each of the first microlenses. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the sensitivity characteristics of the solid-state imaging device and an electronic apparatus, and thereby improve the output image quality.
