The invention relates to a nickel plating technology for aluminum alloy that includes zinc-depositing, copper plating and nickel plating processes. The process includes the following steps: taking high temperature chemical deoiling process to aluminum alloy lamp holder and lamp base, taking acidity scale removing process after washing, taking zinc depositing process, taking alkali copper plating process after washing, taking acid solution neutralization process after washing, taking acid copper plating process after washing, and taking bright nickel plating process. The lamp holder and lamp base produced through the method has low producing cost, beautiful appearance, and high intension and rigidity.
