Pad for diapers

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable diaper pad capable of sufficiently absorbing urine on the buttocks side, relieving a user's discomfort such as stickiness, preventing further leakage of urine toward the rear waist side, and having the function of reducing growth of the decubitus in a part where decubitus tends to grow when the user is lying on the back. SOLUTION: The diaper pad has absorbent pad cores 3-7 between a skin side surface sheet 1 and an outer side surface sheet 2 to be applied to the user from the lower abdomen region to the buttocks region via the crotch region of the user. The area and quantity of the pad core disposed on the rear body are larger than those of the pad core disposed on the front body of the pad, and the thickness of the pad core in an area above left and right swelling parts of the buttocks and above the part between the left and right swelling parts of the buttocks is thicker than that of the pad core in an area to which the left and right swelling parts of the buttocks abut.
