Preparation method of hydrophobic bone glue

The invention discloses a preparation method of hydrophobic bone glue. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1) weighing a certain amount of bone glue, dissolving the bone glue in water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a bone glue solution with the mass concentration of 10%-20%; 2) heating the well prepared bone glue solution to 40-60 DEG C, then adding a metal ion salt which can form a complex, and stirring at constant temperature to obtain milky white hydrophobic bone glue, wherein the proportion of the bone glue to metal ions in the salt is 1000kg: (0.15-0.6mol). According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, a stable five-membered ring metal complex is formed by amino groups and carboxyl groups in macromolecules of the bone glue and the metal ions, so that hydrophilic groups (carboxyl groups and amino groups) on the bone glue molecules can be successfully removed by reaction, and the water resistance of the bone glue is significantly improved.
