A simulation model for direct-injection coal-pulverization systems of steam boilers (and theoretical principles and technology for its implementation as part of the process control system)1

Theoretical principles for constructing high-precision mathematical models of coal-pulverization systems with direct injection are considered. A mathematical model is developed and investigated for a coal-pulverization system built around an MMT 1500/2510-740 hammer mill with a gravitational separator. Peculiarities of implementing simulation models in the environment of a software and hardware system are shown.
