Синдром тесного положения зубов: тактика коррекции с использованием техники сегментарных дуг

The use of segmental arches technique is described in detail. Its application facilitates significantly the treatment of cases of an abnormal canine position in combination with the close position of teeth and a protrusion of frontal teeth, and also with an apparent overjet. As a result of orthodontic treatment with the use of segmental arches an optimal occlusion with interdigitation in the lateral part of the dentition with normal overbite is achieved.
