Intracranial pressure non-invasive monitor based on rayleigh wave

2016
The invention discloses an intracranial pressure non-invasive monitor based on the rayleigh wave. The monitor comprises an ultrasonic transmission drive module, a signal receiving circuit module, a head-mounted monitor and a computer module, wherein the head-mounted monitor comprises an ultrasonic transmission transducer and an ultrasonic receiving transducer. The intracranial pressure non-invasive monitor based on the acoustoelastic effect is used for stimulating a rayleigh wave by setting the ultrasonic transmission drive module and the ultrasonic transmitter; a rayleigh wave spreading in the skull can be received by setting the ultrasonic receiver and the signal circuit receiving module; the intracranial pressure can be calculated according to the phase difference between an initial signal and a terminal signal after demodulation of the computer. The intracranial pressure monitor can be used for performing non-invasive monitor on the intracranial pressure of the patient, has accurate measurement data, can meet the requirement of clinical application, does not need independent arrangement of a monitor room, and can be used for long-time online monitor and mobile intracranial pressure monitor.
