Clinical Effects of Roxatidine Acetate Hydrochloride, Once or Twice Daily in the Treatment of Reflux Oesophagitis

The clinical usefulness of 150mg roxatidine acetate hydrochloride once daily before bed in 20 patients with reflux oesophagitis was investigated in a double-blind trial, comparing treatment with 75mg twice daily (after breakfast and before bedtime in 22 patients).
