Normal-pressure preparation method of calcium-base nitride red fluorescent powder

The invention relates to a normal-pressure preparation method of calcium-base nitride red fluorescent powder. The chemical general formula of the calcium-base nitride red fluorescent powder is Ca[a-x]AlbSicNd:xEu. The method comprises the following steps: 1) in a nitrogen protective atmosphere, adding CaH2, AlN or/and Si3N4 and EuF3 into an agate mortar, uniformly grinding, and adding into a boron nitride crucible; 2) putting the crucible filled with the material into a horizontal tube furnace, vacuumizing the furnace chamber twice with a mechanical pump, and introducing a nitrogen-hydrogen gas mixture flow; and 3) starting the tube furnace, heating, calcining in the nitrogen-hydrogen gas mixture atmosphere under normal pressure, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the calcium-base nitride red fluorescent powder. The calcium-base nitride red fluorescent powder is synthesized from the cheap non-alkali earth metal nitride in a nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere under normal pressure; and thus, the method has the advantages of accessible raw materials and simple preparation equipment, and is suitable for industrial production.
