Post traumatic intracerebellar hematoma

Traumatic intraparenchymal hematoma of the cerebellum is a rare and dangerous entity which requires prompt diagnosis. The authors report a case of subacute cerebellar hematoma, diagnosed by CT scan examination and treated successfully by removal of the blood clot.
