红树林共生真菌Paecilomyces sp. Tree 1-7代谢产物的研究

The metatrophic fungus Paecilomyces sp. (Tree1-7) was isolated from an estuarine mangrove from the Taiwan Strait. Alaternin (1), 5, 8-dihydroxy-4-methyl-coumarin (2) and 3-hydroxy-3, 6-dimethyl-2, 5-piperazine (3) were confirmed by spectroscopic experiments. It was found that alaternin (1) exhibited strong antitumor activity (IC50=7.0µg/mL), and good in vitro activity against acetylcholineesterase (AChE) (IC50=0.87µg/mL) firstly.
