Triatoma rubrofasciata meeting (De Geer, 1773), the Recife city, Pernambuco 2013

Objective:� Report the finding of T. copy rubrofasciata in urban areas in the city of Recife, Pernambuco. Methods: The adult insect was manually captured inside the home by a resident and subsequently delivered to the Environmental Health Agent and Endemic Disease Control (ASACE) of the locality, and retained for analysis in Endemic Diseases Laboratory, Central Public Health Laboratory of Pernambuco (LABEND/LACEN/SES-PE) within the coverage area. Results: In this paper we register the finding of a kind of copy found in the Brasilia Stubborn neighborhood situated between the area of the Port of capital and the Pina neighborhood in the city of Recife, Pernambuco. Conclusion: This region has relevance in the local tourism area with the waterfront and has a large hotel chain.
