H-shaped piece correction device and using method thereof

The invention provides an H-shaped piece correction device, belongs to the field of correction through an oil press and solves the problem of H-shaped piece deformation. The H-shaped piece correction device is divided into an upper die (1) and a lower die (2); the upper die (1) structurally comprises a connection plate (3), a double-end stud (4), a double-end nut (5), webs (6), a rib plate (7) and an upper die work face (8); the lower die (2) comprises a lower die work face (9), webs (10), a rib plate (11) and a bottom plate (12). The upper die (1) and the lower die (2) can be selectively made of ordinary carbon steel or low temperature steel. A using method of the H-shaped piece correction device includes the steps that the upper die (1) is mounted on the oil press, an H-shaped piece (13) is fixed to the lower die (2), reasonable pressure and kinematic velocity of the oil press are selected, the upper die (1) moves along with the oil press, and leveling work is conducted on the H-shaped piece (13) in match with the lower die (2). By means of the H-shaped piece correction device, correction work of H-shaped pieces of various specifications is met, and flatness of the H-shaped pieces can completely meet the process requirements. The H-shaped piece correction device is low in manufacturing cost, convenient to use and applicable to T-shaped piece leveling.
