Method for testing Cohen coefficients in zirconium alloy by electron back scattering diffraction analysis technology

2012
The invention discloses a method for testing Cohen coefficients in a zirconium alloy by an electron back scattering diffraction analysis technology. According to the method, the Cohen coefficients of the zirconium alloy sample are calculated through adopting the steps of sample preparation, polishing, electrolytic polishing and cleaning and then observing by adopting the electron back scattering diffraction analysis technology on the basis of the single testing calibration rate of more than 90 percent. The method disclosed by the invention is high in testing speed, simple to process, capable of obtaining the Cohen coefficients in three directions through once testing and solves the problem that the Cohen coefficients of the zirconium alloy is tested when no zirconium alloy exists .
