Resistive touch screen identifying multi-touch coordinates by using charging time of capacitor

2009
PURPOSE: A multi-touch recognition resistance film-type touch screen for recognizing multi-touch coordinates through capacitor charging time is provided to separably install resistance films into various bands, thereby performing multi-touch recognition and reducing touch sensing errors. CONSTITUTION: Plural first resistance bands are arrayed on first resistance films(300a) side by side. Plural second resistance bands are arrayed on second resistance films(200a) installed to face the first resistance films. The second resistance bands are installed at positions vertically twisted with the first resistance bands. Plural X+ electrodes are installed on each one end of the first resistance bands, respectively. Plural X- electrodes are installed on the other ends of the first resistance bands, respectively.
