Temporary electricity utilization moving device

The invention discloses a temporary electricity utilization moving device which comprises a reinforced concrete precast block (1). A first sleeve pipe (2) is arranged in the middle of the reinforced concrete precast block (1) in advance, second sleeve pipes (4) are arranged at four bottom corners of the reinforced concrete precast block (1) in advance, and universal wheels (5) are inserted into the second sleeve pipes (4). A handle (3) is further arranged in the reinforced concrete precast block (1) and is fixedly connected with a steel bar frame in the reinforced concrete precast block (1). The universal wheels (5) are provided with brake devices. By means of the temporary electricity utilization moving device, flexibility of temporary electricity utilization is fully reflected, and a vertical rod can be freely moved without affecting normal requirements; the original vertical rod mounting concept is broken through, and the temporary electricity utilization moving device gives a more free play space to the vertical rod.
