Resonant back reflection shoulder-by-shoulder thin-film photovoltaic cell structure

2014
The invention discloses a resonant back reflection shoulder-by-shoulder thin-film photovoltaic cell structure which comprises a beam splitting focusing part and a resonant back reflection shoulder-by-shoulder photovoltaic cell structure that are arranged in an optical path. The upper layer of the resonant back reflection shoulder-by-shoulder photovoltaic cell structure is provided with semiconductor materials which are successively arranged and have different band gaps, different thicknesses and different widths. The bottom layer of the resonant back reflection shoulder-by-shoulder photovoltaic cell structure is provided with a back reflection lens which is composed of a multi-layer thin-film dielectric reflector or a metal film. A spacing layer which is composed of a transparent conductive material is arranged between the upper layer and the bottom layer. A curved-edge trapezoid design or common trapezoid design is adopted for the thickness of each semiconductor film or the spacing layer. The resonant back reflection shoulder-by-shoulder thin-film photovoltaic cell structure has functions of: effectively reducing loss in conversion from light energy to thermal energy, improving efficiency of the photovoltaic cell and simultaneously reducing thickness and manufacturing cost of the thin-film photovoltaic cell.
